Hey guys, how’s it going? A lot of you guys have been asking me what are the best free antivirus software for your windows 10 PC. I mean, it kind of makes sense because as good as Windows Defender is, it just isn’t enough. Well, that’s what this video is all about. Today, I’ll be taking a look at five of the best anti viruses that you can install on your system to protect you from all the malicious files and various threats online. This is what I’m from guiding date. And let’s get started.
Okay, so kicking things off, we have found our free antivirus which I guess it’s a name that not a lot of you guys would have heard of. But trust me, it’s a software that is pretty much the best antivirus for anyone out there who does not want to invest their time fiddling around with a lot of advanced settings, and just wants a free to use antivirus. all the features here are laid out on the dashboard in an attractive and intuitive way, you get really good virus detection, and it does not really require a lot of effort. Just open it up and run it. And that’s it. The software here is also pretty lightweight, so it won’t hog upon your resources like many antiviruses out there do. It also comes with a free VPN, which always limited to 150 MB per data does work well for simple use cases. Now speaking of VPN, it’s safe to point out that I don’t really recommend you to go for using panda free VPN. Instead, we have our own listicle talking about the best free VPN out there for Windows, Android and iOS. The links to which will be in the description box below. So do check them out. Next up, we have so forth which not only allows you to safeguard your own system, but also an additional two devices all included inside the free plan. It includes real time malware protection, and an Internet Security browser extension that blocks phishing websites.
Speaking of which, there’s also a web filtering tool that allows users to block kids from accessing various different sites, adult content or specific websites that you just don’t want your kids to see. This is a great antivirus which parents can use on their system, while also using it to control and monitor their kids PCs as well. Next up, we have Avira Free Antivirus, which runs on probably one of the most powerful antivirus detection systems out there. It offers a ton of features included in the free plan itself. Now Veera has a great anti malware setup that not only is able to detect all the malicious files on your system, it does so without slowing your PC down. And this I’m talking in the full scan mode. Apart from that you also get enhanced Internet Security with better privacy protection than its competitors.
Moving on, we have one of the best paid anti viruses out there that is bitdefender. But thankfully for you guys, it also offers a free plan of its own. That works really well for a lot of us. bitdefender is designed to run in the background, and only essential notifications will pop up. Basically when something goes wrong. Everything else such as malware scans, detection, and removal all happen automatically unless you decide to adjust the settings. And the best part here. So the software is quite lightweight. So even though everything happens behind the curtain, it does not really slow your system down. Finally, we have my favorite recommendation on this list, which is Malwarebytes anti malware. It’s honestly the best antivirus not just antivirus but anti malware software that you can use out there to protect you from all sorts of various different threads. This has the best malware detection rate out there. And it does so without hampering the system at all. It includes protocols for rootkits, which are particularly tricky to detect.
It also provides a full report history. So you can compare past scans and pop up guidance for different types of threads. Now, before we wrap things up, I know a lot of you guys might be wondering why he asked or he did not make this list. See, he was in a VG. They’ll create free anti viruses out there. They have great detection, they’re lightweight, all of that is fine. But the company has been caught up in some immense scandals over the past few months. And honestly, with all that kind of scrutiny going around the company and the way they’ve been selling your users data and spying on you for the last seven years. It’s kind of hard for us to recommend that software right now. At least till the time they roll out a fix and you know change things publicly. And well that was it. As always, you can find the download links to all of the software that I talked about in the description box below.
